YIN YOGA WORKSHOP 1st June 3pm - 6pm

As we move into Summer, we can give ourselves time to deeply stretch, release and restore. The workshop encourages longer holds in postures to reduce and prevent injury. We use props to facilitate this and finish with a guided yoga nidra.
£60 per person
